Outdoor LED large screen has high quality requirements due to poor environment, and many factors need to be considered.
1. From the perspective of LED large screen, LED large screen full-color screen is the mainstream in the future. Because of the high brightness and full color, it can work all day, but the price is high.
2. From the perspective of application, products that meet the needs of users have a reason. Because of its low price, maturity and stability, dual primary color display occupies a large market when displaying no blue text and color.
3. The orientation and distance of the outdoor screen play a decisive role in the price. The farther the lamp is, the larger the pixel is and the higher the brightness is. Displays facing northeast are much cheaper than those facing southwest.
4. The screen body and the connection between the screen body and the building must be strictly waterproof and leak proof. The filter screen shall be provided with good drainage measures. Once ponding occurs, it can be discharged smoothly.
5. Install lightning protection devices on LED large screens and buildings. The main body and shell of the display screen are well grounded, and the grounding resistance is less than 3, which can discharge the large current caused by lightning in time.
6. Install ventilation equipment to cool down and keep the internal temperature of the screen between - 10 ~ 40. An axial fan can also be installed at the upper rear of the screen to dissipate heat.
7. Industrial grade integrated circuit chips with working temperature between - 40-80 are selected to prevent the display screen from starting when the temperature is too low in winter.
