Outdoor advertising LED display has four stages: field investigation, mechanical equipment construction, installation, adjustment and application.

1、 Field investigation

This refers to the actual natural environment, geological structure, flicker range, chroma acceptance ability and other main parameters of outdoor LED display before installation. In order to ensure the perfect installation of advertising brand, before the installation and hoisting, a unified plan should be implemented to ensure the normal and smooth application of everything.

2、 Led mechanical equipment construction

When making outdoor LED display screen, we should distinguish outdoor external wall advertising screen, hanging advertising screen and roof advertising screen. In fact, according to the interval and length width ratio, the crane should be used to hang segment by segment during the installation, allowing the upper personnel to cooperate with each other, and making stronger installation and application of the LED advertising screen for ascending work.

3、 Lighting coverage adjustment

The construction angle of LED display is also different, so according to the on-site acceptance ability, you need to fix the outdoor LED display from everyone's general angle, and ensure that all images and plug-in subtitles with normal viewing angle and color balance are visible

4、 Post inspection and maintenance

LED display moisture-proof, heat pipe cooling layer, LED description moisture-proof coating, screen top wind proof, heat pipe cooling, switching power supply and demand balance line and other categories of post inspection, these basic components should be removed immediately in case of any reliable text and picture LED display, mid and late technical maintenance, product corrosion, instability and damage, and ensure the safe operation of all displays.
