Precautions for storage of LED display

As a precision electronic product, LED display has high requirements for storage mode and environment. Carelessness may be the result of LED display damage. Today we will talk about how to store LED display correctly.
Eight points should be paid attention to when storing LED display screen:
(1) The place where the cabinet should be placed should be cleaned and laid with pearl cotton.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to stack modules or more than 10 pieces of LED display. When the modules are stacked, the lamp faces are placed relative to each other, and pearl cotton is used for isolation.
(3) It is suggested that the LED display box should be placed horizontally with the light face up. If there are too many LED display cabinets, special attention should be paid to the protection when they need to be placed vertically. It is forbidden to place them vertically in places with large vibration.
(4) The display cabinet should be handled with care. When landing, the rear side should land first, and then the lamp should land on the ground. Be careful not to knock.
(5) All staff must wear cordless anti-static bracelet during installation or maintenance.

(7) When handling the cabinet, it should be lifted, not pushed or dragged on the ground, so as to avoid the bottom module damage caused by uneven ground. The cabinet body should keep balance in the process of lifting, and should not swing or rotate in the air. When installing the cabinet or module, handle it with care and do not throw it.
(8) If the LED display needs to be adjusted, soft rubber hammer shall be used to strike the metal part of the cabinet. It is strictly forbidden to strike the module. Squeezing and collision between modules are strictly prohibited. In case of gap and abnormal positioning, it is strictly forbidden to use hammers and other hard objects to knock the cabinet and module. The cabinet can be picked up to remove foreign matters and try again.
