Seven common installation methods of LED display

1. Inlaid
The inlay structure is to open a hole in the wall and inlay all the wall bodies in the wall. It adopts the front maintenance, and the display unit board is pasted on the frame structure with strong magnetic materials. The hole size shall be consistent with the outer frame size of LED display screen and properly decorated. In order to facilitate maintenance, the hole on the wall must be through, otherwise the front disassembly mechanism shall be used. The embedded installation is not conducive to the heat dissipation of the screen.
2. Hoisting type
It is suitable for small screen area and light weight. The height of the screen is generally less than 6m and can be directly hung on the load-bearing wall. Standard lifting pieces can be used for indoor load-bearing concrete roof, and the length of lifting beam and suspender depends on the site conditions. The indoor steel beam is hoisted with steel wire rope, and the color of the outer sleeve is consistent with that of the screen body, which is decorated with steel pipes.
3. Common hanging
It can be directly hung on the load-bearing wall. Post maintenance is generally adopted for large area, and maintenance before small screen is adopted without leaving maintenance space.
4. Rotary support hanging
It is applicable to the display screen with a weight of more than 100kg and a screen height and width of more than 1200mm. It must be installed on the load-bearing wall. Because of its large general area and difficult disassembly, the maintenance space can be solved through screen rotation.
5. Floor mounted
Floor type installation is divided into fixed type and movable type. The movable installation with roller is suitable for display screens with small area and light weight.
6. Swing arm installation
The swing arm installation is mainly to facilitate the back maintenance of the screen body and the heat dissipation of the human screen body. For swing arm installation, the structure of the frame shall be designed according to the area, weight and other parameters of the screen body. The swing wall can be designed to be movable or fixed.
7. Column stacking
The column is stacked, and the column is divided into single column, double column and multi column.
There are usually three methods for the outer frame of indoor LED display screen: aluminum alloy outsourcing, brown aluminum alloy, stainless steel and gold pulling integration.
(1) Aluminum alloy is wrapped with stainless steel frame and brushed stainless steel is adopted, which is beautiful and generous.
(2) The tan aluminum alloy outer frame has simple structure, and the outer frame color is close to the bottom color of the display screen.
(3) Pull gold integrated structure, its color is Sony gray, which is easy to be visually accepted. In addition, the overall structure is relatively compact without gaps. The disadvantage is that there are requirements for the area and size of LED display screen.
