Tips for prolonging the service life of outdoor LED display

Effective maintenance can ensure the stable operation of the outdoor LED display for a long time, so as to avoid many small problems on the display. The following ten points are the use details that we should pay attention to:

1. The switching sequence is very important:

First turn on the control computer to make it run normally, and then turn on the outdoor LED display screen; Turn off the outdoor LED display first, and then turn off the computer. Do not reverse it.

2. In case of fracture or other damage, replace in time, especially screws, pins, bearing beams, etc;

3. Check regularly at intervals, especially after heavy rain, to see if there is rust. If there is peeling or rust, spray antirust paint or apply antirust paste in time.

4. Check in rainy season to determine whether there is water leakage.

5. The power supply shall be stable and the grounding protection shall be good. It shall not be used under adverse natural conditions, especially strong lightning weather. The reliability of lightning rod and grounding system shall be checked regularly.

6. Check the product power distribution system every six months.

7. Frequently check whether the power and signal wires are bitten off by insects.

8. Outdoor LED display screen exposed to outdoor environment for a long time is easy to be contaminated with dust. Alcohol can be used for wiping, or brush and vacuum cleaner can be used for dust removal, but wet cloth cannot be used directly;

9. The rest time of outdoor LED display screen shall be more than 2 hours every day, and it shall be used at least once a week in plum rain season. Turn on the screen at least once a month and light it for more than 2 hours.

10. Test the start, stop, brightness adjustment, program list and other single functions one by one according to the large screen automatic preset mode.
