What are the factors affecting the visual angle of full-color LED display?

1. Definition of visual angle of LED display
Visual angle refers to the angle at which users can clearly observe all contents on the screen from different directions. The visual angle can also be understood as the maximum or minimum angle that can see the screen. And the visual angle is a reference value. The visual angle of full-color LED display includes horizontal and vertical indicators.
The horizontal viewing angle indicates that the display image can still be seen normally at a certain angle to the left or right of the vertical normal of the full-color LED display screen (i.e. the vertical imaginary line in the middle of the LED display screen), and this angle range is the horizontal viewing angle of the LED display screen; Similarly, if the horizontal normal is taken as the standard, the up and down viewing angle is called the vertical viewing angle. Generally speaking, the visual angle is based on the contrast change as the reference standard. When the viewing angle increases, the contrast of the display image seen at this position will decrease. When the angle increases to a certain extent and the contrast decreases to 10:1, this angle is the maximum viewing angle of the LED display screen.
2. Factors affecting the visual angle of LED display
The larger the range of full-color LED display that can be seen by the audience, the better, so the larger the visual angle, the better. However, the size of the visual angle is mainly determined by the die packaging method, so it must be carefully considered when packaging the die.
The visual angle of LED display screen is closely related to the viewing angle and distance, but at present, most LED display screen manufacturers are unified. If you customize the angle according to the on-site situation, the cost will be very high. It should be noted that the larger the viewing angle of the same chip, the lower the brightness of the LED display.
