Common faults and solutions of LED display

The display does not work, and the green light of the sending card does not flash

The cause of the failure: DVI or HDMI cable is not connected; the copy or extension mode is not set in the control panel of the graphics card; the software chooses to turn off the power of the large screen; the sending card is not inserted in place or there is a problem with the sending card.

Troubleshooting method: check the DVI cable connector; reset the copy mode; the software chooses to turn on the large screen power; reinsert the sending card or replace the sending card.

Unit board:  The unit board is one of the core components of the LED display. The quality of the unit board directly affects the display effect.

The commonly used unit board specifications for indoor bar screens are (parameters).

Example:  Φ3.75;  64 dots wide x 16 dots high;  1/16 scan;  indoor brightness;  single red/red and green double color

Parameter explanation   

Luminous diameter: refers to the diameter of the luminous point. The indoor screen has Φ5mm, Φ3.75mm, Φ3mm.  

Unit board size: 64x16  that is 64 columns and 16 rows, which can display 16x16 dot matrix Chinese characters in 1 row and 4 1/16 scan: the control method of the unit board.

Indoor brightness: refers to the brightness of the LED luminous point. The indoor brightness is suitable for the environment that needs fluorescent lighting during the day.
