What is the difference between DIP, sub-surface mounting and surface mounting?

DIP: the abbreviation of dual inline-pin package, it is a welding process of LED display, plug in light.

Sub-surface mount module: a product between DIP and SMT. The package surface of the LED lamp is the same as that of SMT, but its positive and negative pins are the same as that of DIP, and are soldered through the PCB during production.
