1. Resistance detection method
We need to adjust the multimeter to the resistance gear, first detect the resistance value to the ground at a certain point of a normal circuit board, and then detect the same point of another same circuit board to test whether the resistance value is different from the normal resistance value. If it is different, we will know the scope of the problem of the transparent screen, and on the contrary, we will ignore it.
2. Voltage detection method
Transparent screen voltage detection is to adjust the multimeter to the voltage level to detect the ground voltage at a certain point of the suspicious and problematic circuit, and compare it with the previous one to see if it is normal, so that the problem can be easily determined.
3. Short circuit detection method
Turn the multimeter to the short circuit detection gear, so that you can detect whether there is a short circuit. If short circuit is found, it shall be solved immediately. Short circuit is also the most common LED transparent screen module fault. In addition, short circuit detection shall be carried out when the circuit is powered off to avoid damaging the multimeter.
4. Pressure drop detection method
Adjust the multimeter to the diode voltage for downshift detection. Because the transparent screen IC is composed of many unit devices, there will be a voltage drop on the pin when there is current passing through one of its pins. Under normal conditions, the voltage drop on the IC pin of the same model is similar.
