1. High temperature prevention

As we all know, the area of outdoor LED display screen is generally large, because the power consumed in the process of use is particularly large, so the corresponding heat dissipation will be relatively large. In addition, coupled with the change of external high temperature, if it can not effectively and quickly dissipate heat, it is likely to cause problems such as heating, scalding and short circuit of circuit board. Therefore, in the production environment, we must ensure that the LED large screen circuit board is in good condition, and select the air permeable design in the shell design as far as possible, so as to help heat dissipation. In addition, during installation, keep the environment where the display screen is located well ventilated according to the actual installation situation. If necessary, we will add heat dissipation equipment to the display screen, so as to avoid the problem of heat dissipation as much as possible. For example, install more air conditioners or fans outside to help heat dissipation.

2. Typhoon prevention

Many people do not know that there are many kinds of installation positions of outdoor LED display screens, and the installation methods are relatively diversified. For example, some wall mounted, inlaid, column type, hanging type, etc.. If in the typhoon season, in order to avoid the large LED screen equipment from falling, the requirements for the load-bearing steel frame structure of outdoor LED display screen will be very strict. The engineering unit must also design and install in strict accordance with the requirements of Grade 10 typhoon resistance. At the same time, it must also have certain seismic capacity to ensure that the LED large screen will not collapse and cause personal injury.

3. Storm prevention

Through the ages, we all know that there is more rain in the south, so the LED large screen itself must have a relatively high waterproof protection system to prevent corrosion. In the use environment of outdoor display screen, the outdoor display screen shall reach IP65 level, the module shall be sealed with glue, and the waterproof box shall be selected. The module and the box shall be well connected with waterproof rubber ring. Therefore, it can better achieve a waterproof effect.

4. Lightning protection

We all know that lightning is very destructive to all things. Similarly, the impact of lightning on LED large screen is very destructive. If accidentally hit by lightning, the display screen will be damaged very seriously. Therefore, outdoor LED display screen must be equipped with lightning rod and other lightning protection equipment, so as to avoid being damaged by lightning. Install power lightning arrester in the distribution box and then grounding, so as to ensure the safety of LED large screen and personnel.
