How to prevent static electricity of LED display screen?

1、 Source of static electricity:
Static electricity is a kind of static charge. Static electricity is generally concentrated on the surface or surface of the object. The initial phase of the object is electrically neutral. When two objects rub, the generated heat stimulates the movement of internal charges and accumulates on the surface of the object to produce static electricity. If it is a conductor, the charge flows easily and returns to electrical neutrality soon. Therefore, friction is mainly the way that insulators generate static electricity. The static power supply affecting the circuit mainly includes human body, plastic products and related equipment. Static power from the use environment, including objects and materials; Floors, benches and chairs; Packaging container; Painted or waxed surfaces; Organic and glass fiber materials; Concrete floor; Painted or waxed floors; Plastic floor tile or floor leather; coverall; Non conductive work shoes; Clean cotton work clothes; Plastics, boxes, boxes, bags, pallets, foam liners.
2、 Anti static measures:
Use electrostatic sensitive circuit personnel to carry out electrostatic knowledge and related technical training;
An anti-static working area shall be established, in which anti-static floor, anti-static workbench, anti-static grounding wire and anti-static appliances shall be used, and the relative humidity shall be controlled above 40;
LED display is a device sensitive to static electricity. During production, workers need to wear grounded electrostatic wrist strap. Especially in the process of foot cutting, insert, commissioning, post welding and monitoring, the quality personnel must conduct a static test on the bracelet at least every two hours and make test records. Copper wire grounding shall be laid in the production environment. For example, anti-static materials shall be used for floors, walls and ceilings used in some occasions.
3、 Transportation and packaging: LED screen products shall be stored in anti-static bags or containers during daily operation. Prevent static electricity at the transport end. During transportation, the transport vehicle shall be grounded, and the box or other equipment shall carry conductive wheels or trailers. When contacting LED products, maintain correct handling methods and do not directly contact PCB and electronic components on it.
