1. Anti high temperature:
Outdoor LED display usually has a large area, large power consumption in the application process, and the corresponding heat dissipation is also large, coupled with the high external temperature, if can not solve the heat dissipation problem in time, then it is likely to cause circuit board heating short circuit and other problems. In the production, ensure the display circuit board in good condition, as far as possible in the shell design, choose hollow design, help heat dissipation. In the installation, according to the device situation, insist that the display is in a good ventilation situation, when necessary to add cooling equipment to the display, such as internal installation of air conditioner or fan to help the display cooling.
2.Typhoon:
Outdoor LED display installation position is different, the installation method is different, there are wall type, Mosaic type, column type, hanging type, etc. So in the typhoon season, in order to make the outdoor LED display screen body does not fall, there are strict requirements on the load-bearing steel structure of the display screen. The engineering unit must be designed and installed in strict accordance with the standard of anti-typhoon grade, and have a certain earthquake resistance ability to ensure that the outdoor LED display will not fall and cause casualties and other hazards.
3.Rainstorm prevention:
There are many rain weather in the south, so the LED display itself must have a high waterproof protection level to avoid rain erosion. In the outdoor use environment, outdoor LED display to achieve IP65 protection level, the module to be filled with glue packaging, choose a waterproof box, with waterproof apron to connect the module and box.
4.lightning protection
(1)direct lightning protection: outdoor LED large screen is not in the vicinity of tall buildings in the direct lightning protection range, need to set a lightning rod at the top or near the display steel structure;
(2) induction lightning protection: outdoor LED display power system to do 1-2 level of power lightning protection, signal line installed signal lightning arrester, at the same time the power system of the equipment room to do 3 level lightning protection, signal out/into the equipment room device end installed signal lightning arrester;
(3) all LED display circuit (power and signal) should be shielded buried laying;
(4) The front end of the outdoor LED display and the ground system in the equipment room should meet the system requirements. The ground resistance of the front end should be less than or equal to 4 ohms, and the ground resistance of the equipment room should be less than or equal to 1 ohms.
