The Hunan San’an Semiconductor Project broke ground in July 2020. The first phase of the project was fully capped in January 2021. The machines entered the factory for commissioning in May, which took less than a year. The modern production base of the entire industry chain for device packaging and testing was put into production.

Integrating from the substrate material-epitaxial growth-wafer manufacturing-to packaging and testing and other links, it can achieve a monthly output of 30,000 6-inch silicon carbide wafers. Improve cost-effectiveness and shorten product iteration cycles.
