LED Display Storage Precautions

In many cases, we cannot install the LED display immediately after we buy it due to some factors. In this case, we need to store the LED display well. And LED display as a kind of precision electronic products, storage mode and environment have very high requirements, one careless may be the result of LED display damage, today we stand in the LED display manufacturers professional point of view on how to correctly store LED display.

There are eight points to note when storing LED displays：

1.The place where the cabinet should be placed should be cleaned and laid with pearl cotton.

2.The LED display screen is strictly prohibited from stacking modules or more than 10 sheets. When the modules are stacked, the lamp surfaces are placed opposite each other and isolated using pearl cotton.

3.Put the suggested lights in the cabinet of LED display face up flat. If too many lights need to be put upright, special attention should be paid to protection. It is prohibited to put upright in places with large vibration.

4.Display cabinet should be handled gently, when landing on the back first and then the light surface, guard against knock.

5.All staff must wear cordless anti-static bracelets during installation or maintenance.
6.The LED display screen is installed with anti-static bracelet.
7.When handling the cabinet body, it shall be lifted, and shall not be pushed or dragged away on the ground, so as to avoid damage to the bottom module caused by uneven ground. The box cabinet should keep balance in the hoisting process and should not swing or rotate in the air. When installing the cabinet or module, please handle it lightly and do not throw it.
8.If the LED display product needs to be adjusted, use the soft glue hammer to hit the metal part of the cabinet body. It is strictly prohibited to hit the module. It is strictly prohibited to squeeze, collide and other behaviors between modules. In case of cracks, abnormal positioning, etc., it is strictly prohibited to use hard objects such as hammers to hit the cabinet body and modules. You can pick up the cabinet body and try again after removing the foreign matter.
