01 Switch screen matters needing attention

1. Turn on screen: first turn on the control computer so that it can run normally and then turn on the large screen of LED display;

2, turn off the screen: first turn off the LED screen power supply, turn off the control software, and then turn off the computer correctly;

(first turn off the computer without the display screen, will cause the screen body appears high bright spot, burn the lamp tube, serious consequences)

3, switch screen time interval should be greater than 5 minutes;

4. Avoid opening the screen under the all-white screen state, because it is the maximum power state at this time, and its impact current on the whole distribution system is the largest.

02 Power supply matters needing attention

1, LED module is DC +5V power supply (working voltage: 4.2~5.2V), AC power supply is prohibited;

The positive and negative terminals of the power supply are forbidden to be connected in reverse (note: once connected in reverse, it will burn out the product or even cause serious fire);

2, LED display power supply voltage: 220V±10% frequency: 50Hz ±5%;

3. Safe and reliable ground contact, reliable isolation between ground wire and zero wire, access power away from high-power standby;

4, such as short circuit, trip, burning line, smoke and other abnormal appearance, should not be repeatedly energized test, should be timely to find the problem;

5. Keep the power supply stable, and do a good job of grounding protection to avoid lightning strike, do not use it in bad natural conditions, especially in strong lightning weather;

6. It is necessary to supply power to the large screen power supply step by step, because the maximum power state of the whole screen will impact the whole distribution system;

7, LED display screen is not allowed to play the highest brightness of the all-white picture more than half an hour, so as not to cause excessive current, power cord heating, LED lamp damage, affect the service life of the display, it is recommended to play dynamic video;

8, LED display products in the use of the process, can not be continuously on, off the power supply, the two operation should be separated by at least 1 minute;

9, LED display screen inside the line, non-professionals are prohibited to touch, in order to avoid electric shock, or cause damage to the line.

03 Cleaning precautions

1. Regular cleaning and maintenance: the LED display screen will accumulate more dust and rainwater scour traces if it is used for a long time, which requires regular and timely cleaning to avoid affecting the viewing effect;

2. If cleaning the surface of the module, please use a soft brush and gently brush it.

Do not use any liquid to clean the surface of the LED module, otherwise the LED lamp bead may be damaged;

3. Correct wiping: the surface of the LED display screen can be wiped with alcohol, or the use of a brush or a vacuum cleaner for dust removal, and can not be directly wiped with a wet cloth.

04 Moisture proof and storage requirements

1, storage temperature requirements: ambient temperature -40℃≤ T ≤60℃, after opening the package, LED products must be stored in the temperature <30℃ and humidity <60% environment;

2, according to the display body, the control part of the environment, to avoid insect bite, if necessary, should be placed anti-rodent poison;

3, LED display can not be turned off for a long time, in high humidity environment, if the screen body has not been used for more than 3 days, each time when lighting the screen body need to use preheating lighting mode: 30%-50% brightness preheating 4-8 hours, and then adjust to the normal brightness (80%-100%) to light the screen body, so that the moisture is excluded, so that there is no abnormity in use;

If the screen body has not been used for more than 7 days, the screen body should be preheated each time it is lit: the brightness of 30%-50% should be preheated for more than 12 hours, and then adjusted to the normal light (80%-100%) to light the screen body, so as to eliminate the moisture, so that there is no abnormality when it is used.

The LED large screen should be checked regularly to see if it works normally, and the damaged line should be repaired or replaced in time.

The main control computer and other related equipment should be placed in the room with air conditioning and dust to ensure the ventilation and heat dissipation of the computer and stable work.

Non-professionals are not allowed to touch the internal lines of the screen pegs to avoid electric shock or damage to the lines. If there is a problem, professionals should be asked to repair.
