The National Third Generation Semiconductor Technology Innovation Center (Nanjing) Was Officially Inaugurated

Nanjing is one of the important towns of China's integrated circuit industry. The integrated circuit industry has maintained a rapid growth trend in recent years, the overall industrial chain layout has shown results, and the coordinated development pattern of division of labor has accelerated. In the critical period of the iterative upgrade of the global semiconductor industry, Nanjing has the responsibility to rely on a solid industrial foundation and gather top-notch scientific research forces to fully break the bottleneck of the third-generation semiconductor technology and support the improvement of industrial innovation capabilities.

At present, the pattern of differentiated development of the integrated circuit industry in Nanjing is also accelerating its formation. The industrial layout with the national Jiangbei New Area (including Pukou District) as the core and Jiangning Economic Development Zone and Nanjing Economic Development Zone as the two wings is particularly clear. High-end design and services, radio frequency chips, automotive electronics and other fields have formed a strong competitive advantage.
