Aging test is a very important link in product quality control, but it is often ignored in many times and can not carry out correct and effective aging. LED aging test is a countermeasure to improve the reliability of products according to the characteristics of the failure rate curve of products, namely the bathtub curve.

Secondly, LED aging includes constant current aging and constant pressure aging.

1. A constant current source means that the current is constant at any time. With the frequency problem, it's not constant current. That's alternating current or pulsating current. An AC or pulsating current source may be designed to have a constant RMS, but such a source cannot be called a constant current source. Constant current aging is the most consistent with the LED current working characteristics, is the most scientific LED aging way;

2. Over-current impact aging is also the latest aging method adopted by manufacturers. By using a constant current source with adjustable frequency and adjustable current, this kind of aging is carried out to judge the quality and expected life of LED in a short time, and many hidden dangers that cannot be eliminated by conventional aging can be picked out.

Finally, the following points should be paid attention to during the aging test:

1, display aging test must be manned, found problems timely report to the engineering manager for processing.

2, monochrome, gray gradient test is not less than 48 hours.

3, the screen white screen test time is not less than 48 hours.

4, video, text effect test is not less than 48 hours.
