1、 For LED display during use
a) Check the lines and switches to keep the switch dry to avoid leakage and electric shock.
b) Moderate ventilation can help the moisture attached to the display screen evaporate rapidly and reduce the relative humidity of indoor environment. But avoid ventilation in some windless and humid weather, which will aggravate indoor humidity.
c) Air conditioning can be used to wet and place desiccant and physical moisture absorption method, to keep dry, prevent the display screen from moisture.
d) LED display in rental type is used outdoors. In case of rain, it must be cut off immediately. If you don't remove the screen, you can cover it quickly with a rain proof cloth prepared in advance, and take out the cabinet to dry in sunny days. If there is continuous rain, open the back cover of the cabinet and dry it with the fan. Then air in a ventilated and dry room for more than 8 hours. Turn down the brightness to ensure that it will be lit for more than 4 hours, and the moisture in the electronic components shall be fully emitted.
e) In rainy season, LED screen shall be used at least once a week, and the screen shall be opened at least once a month, and it shall be illuminated for more than 2 hours.
f) The outdoor display is used in complex environment, which will inevitably cause the case to leak water. In addition to the above measures, it is necessary to check whether the waterproof rubber ring of the cabinet is aging, deformed or incomplete regularly; whether the screws or locks of the sealing cabinet are easy to loosen and the pressure is insufficient.
g) The screen body used for a long time should be powered on for maintenance and debugging. If it is not used for a long time, it is likely that dead lights and blind spots will appear when it is enabled for a long time. The correct maintenance knowledge can be mastered to avoid such problems completely.
2、 Correct remedy for damp LED display screen:
1) Use fan or other tools at the fastest speed to dry the wet LED display completely.
2) After dry the scree, they need to be electrified and aged , the specific steps are as follows:
a. Adjust the brightness (all white) to 10% and power on for 8-12 hours.
b. Adjust the brightness (all white) to 30% and power on for 12 hours.
c. Adjust the brightness (all white) to 60% and power on for 12-24 hours.
d. Adjust the brightness (all white) to 80% and power on for 12-24 hours.
e. Adjust the brightness (all white) to 100% and power on for 8-12 hours.
3、 LED display in storage
a) Keep the flight case and packing box dry, place desiccant and dehumidification medium. Dry the moisture packaging materials in time and do not contact with water.
b) The screen storage warehouse must be dry, high ground, and it is best to placed the industrial dehumidifier.
c) After wet weather, LED display screen stored will be on for detection, and technical support shall be sought from the manufacturer if necessary.
