NationStar Launches New Third-generation Semiconductor Products, And Accelerates Its Layout

Recently, NationStar officially launched a series of new third-generation semiconductor products. Among them, the TO-220/TO247 series of SiC MOSFET and SiC SBD products have entered the trial production stage, and the AEC-Q101 car-level standard has been completed in the sample stage. The bottom line test verification work. The performance of TO-247-3L reaches 1200V, 40A, 80mΩ, and the performance of TO-220-3L reaches 1200V, 13A, 160mΩ.
At the same time, the third-generation and a half-products of NationStar have been sent to third-party qualified organizations, and they are undergoing certification testing in accordance with AEC-Q101, JESD22, MILSTD-750 and other relevant vehicle-level and industrial-level standards.
At present, National Star Optoelectronics has formed three major product series in the third-generation semiconductor field, including: SiC power devices, GaN-DFN devices, and Power modules.
Looking forward to 2021 and into the future, NationStar will take the third-generation semiconductor as a new strategic development direction, continuously create new profit growth points, and help promote the localization of the third-generation semiconductor industry.
