01.Brightness comparison
Close the acrylic board to the same number of modules, and then slowly raise a short distance to see whether the brightness of the lamp beads can meet their own requirements. Of course, it's more direct to put the module directly in the word. The higher the brightness, the higher the requirements for the lamp bead, and the cost is relatively high. Pure indoor environment can use low brightness, but if it is window led transparent screen or LED glass curtain wall screen, then it is required to be high brightness LED transparent screen.
02.While watching the brightness, pay attention to whether the light of the lamp bead is uniform
When observing white light, be sure to pay attention to whether there is chromatic aberration (this is very important) - if you cover it with a thin white paper, it may not be observed, so use a certain thickness of acrylic. Color difference is the most important part to distinguish the quality, and it is also one of the main reasons for the price difference of LED transparent screen.
03.Wire identification
High quality wire, through UL certification, these through the LED transparent screen manufacturers are not reliable, so the most direct way is to open the skin, count the number of cores inside! The module with 15, 17, 19 cores or even 20, 30 cores should be no worse than the module with 14, 11 cores, and vice versa.
04.Lamp bead temperature
After lighting up for a period of time, touch the LED lamp beads with your hand, the ones with high temperature or even hot hands are certainly not as stable as those with low temperature.
05.Solder joint quality
The full solder joint proves that the welding process is good, and the high brightness proves that the solder is good; The serious problem is the false welding, easy to appear the phenomenon of poor contact, follow-up maintenance trouble.
06.Led transparent screen pastes light way
At present, there are two ways to make LED transparent screen, one is positive light, the other is side light. Although the side light transmittance is relatively high, the positive light-emitting lamp bead is the traditional LED display lamp bead. After market inspection, the quality is very stable.
