Site survey content
1, the display installation position of the wall state, installation mode (Mosaic, floor, hanging, wall hanging, support, pillar) and the force. According to the size of the display screen, check whether there is any obstacle to the installation of the display screen. In the case of inlaid installation, whether the reserved installation slot is suitable; If the wall has decorative partition, you must ask the user about the wall condition; If the column screen is installed, it is necessary to understand the geological conditions. (If there is sand at the bottom of the geological layer, for a long time, it will lead to the risk of the column and screen body sinking or even collapse, so we should not look at it briefly.)
2. Power supply on site.
The capacity of the equipment room or AC transformer, whether the cables need to be rearranged, or whether the cable diameter of the cables that have been arranged meets the requirements;
If single-phase electricity is used, whether there is a ground wire; If three-phase electric, is it three-phase five-wire? If rewiring is required, accurately measure the length of the power cable on site.
3. Understand the control position of the display screen and whether the communication line is smooth.
The length of the communication line required by the site, and whether there are other devices and lines that need to be connected to the display control end or understand the switching mode of the signal channel in the site clearly; If the user doesn't know anything, at least understand the user's application needs, especially theater users. If the user has been wired, ask whether the length and quantity of the wiring is appropriate; In normal synchronization system, the length of super category 5 network cable should be less than 120 meters, and the length of non-super Category 5 network cable should be lower. If the number of network cables is insufficient, you must increase the number of network cables. Excessively long, it is necessary to use appropriate optical cable, use multi-mode optical fiber within 500 meters, more than 500 meters must use single-mode optical fiber. No matter the number of network cables or optical fibers must be spare.
4, need to carry tools, such as tape or laser ruler. Whether scaffolding is required or provided by the user. Whether the computer is provided by the user.
5. The external environment of the site. Whether the installation in the indoor need to pay attention to moisture, whether the installation in the outdoor need to pay attention to the details of waterproof and lightning protection measures; Whether the location is near the sea, by the chemical plant, air salt, alkali, acid degree. Outdoor screen users need to observe the viewer viewing distance, display height, and sunlight orientation.
6. Try to take pictures of all the situations encountered on the scene with the camera, and take pictures of different angles and different details in place.
7, whether the user has special requirements, if there are special requirements, whether it can be achieved and the engineering difficulty.

Special considerations for additional outdoor LED displays:
(1), LED display installed in the outdoor, often the sun and rain, wind blowing dust cover, poor working environment. If the electronic equipment is wet or seriously damp, it will cause short circuit or even fire, which will cause malfunction or even fire and cause loss.
(2) outdoor LED display may be subjected to strong electric and magnetic attack caused by lightning.
(3) The ambient temperature changes greatly. The display itself will produce a certain amount of heat when it works. If the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is bad, the integrated circuit may not work properly, or even be burned, so that the display system can not work properly.
