  1. Material selection

The key materials that determine the stability of transparent LED display are LED lamp, driver IC, power supply, power signal connector and excellent structural design. Our requirements for material selection are: international famous brands, relevant tests above industry standards, and requirements for various protection functions. For example, switching power supply selection requirements: overheating protection, AC input to support wide voltage, surge resistance. Dc output should be overvoltage and overcurrent protection. The structure design ensures that the box body is beautiful and fashionable at the same time, but also to ensure good heat dissipation and fast stitching way.


2. System control scheme

System control each link has hot backup functions, including video sending and receiving devices, signal transmission cables, etc., it can guarantee the system some point unexpected situation, system can automatically diagnose and at very fast speed switching to the backup device working, the whole process of switch will not affect the display effect. For example, in order to meet the requirements of the stage scene, the display screen needs to be moved and spliced in the live broadcast. If, due to staff negligence or other reasons, one of the display signal input lines in the middle of the large screen becomes loose, in the conventional control scheme, from the case where the release occurred to the end of the signal cascade, all the display will have no signal. If the hot backup scheme is added to the control system, the hot backup function can be started at the moment when the signal cable is loose, and the display screen can still work normally, without any impact on the live broadcast.


3. LED transparent screen working status monitoring

Computer real-time monitoring, including temperature, humidity, voltage, smoke, cooling fan working state and so on. It can automatically adjust all kinds of conditions, and provide position and alarm for abnormal conditions. For example, when the temperature inside a box is relatively high due to the environment or other factors, the power supply inside the box will be overheated at any time if there is no timely treatment. If the display is monitored under this condition, the system will intelligently adjust the working state of the transparent LED glass screen to reduce its internal temperature. When the intelligent adjustment can not reduce the temperature to the set target, the system will alarm through the staff setting mode, and provide the abnormal box position, notify the staff to deal with in time.
