What materials are generally used for LED display steel structure?
1. Commonly used materials for steel structure of LED display
a. Square tube:
Introduction: Lightweight thin-walled steel pipe with a hollow square section
Advantages: comprehensive mechanical properties, welding performance, hot and cold processing, qualified corrosion resistance, good toughness
Size specifications: length * width * thickness, such as 60mm*40mm*3mm, 40mm*40mm*3mm, 50mm*20mm*3mm
Usage: main structure, edging structure, welding column structure, etc.
b. LED display channel steel:
Introduction: Long strip steel with groove-shaped cross-section
Advantages: According to mechanical properties, welding performance, riveting performance, cold and hot processing and corrosion resistance, channel steel has good toughness
size specification: height * width * thickness, such as: 10# channel steel 100mm*48mm*5.3mm
Applications: main structure, welding column, etc.
c. H steel:
Introduction: Long strip steel with H-shaped cross section

a. aluminum-plastic plate:
Introduction: The LED display aluminum-plastic panel is a composite material processed on a special aluminum-plastic panel production equipment with a chemically-treated coated aluminum panel as the surface material and polyethylene plastic as the core material.
Advantages: luxury, colorful decoration, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, fire resistance, moisture resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, shock resistance; light weight, easy to process and shape, easy to transport and install
b. stainless steel:
Introduction: Stainless steel is resistant to air, steam, water, etc., weakly corrosive media, and stainless steel.
Advantages: luxurious, colorful and decorative, solid and durable structure, not easy to scale, easy to clean.
Disadvantages: high cost, difficult to process and modify on site.
3. LED display steel structure design plan
a. Installation introduction: The design of the structure needs to consider the convenience of installation and maintenance, such as maintenance channels, cable channels, etc.
b. Reliability: The structure of the LED display screen is based on the premise of stability, combined with the actual situation on the site, and balances the force fulcrums. The structural bearing capacity should be greater than 20% of the weight of the display body;
c. Integrity: In addition to the installation of the screen itself, the LED display structure also includes other additional equipment; such as the placement of audio, exhaust fans, air conditioning, etc., as well as decorative edging, and the setting of outdoor lightning protection facilities.
d. Flatness: The flatness of the structure directly affects the flatness of the screen body after the display screen is installed, and has an important impact on the display effect of the screen; in order to ensure the flatness, the structural frame and the installation box must be completely combined.
4. Indoor conventional module LED display
Structural components: the main steel structure, the decorative frame of the display, and the steel structure fixing parts.
5. Outdoor column LED display structure
Outdoor LED display structure composition: steel structure main body, display decoration edging, steel structure fixing parts, concrete structure, ventilation and heat dissipation equipment.
6. LED display steel structure production and installation, matters needing attention
a. Derusting: Before the steel structure is made, the components are derusted by hand and power tools
b. Correction: The dimensions of steel structural components need to be carefully checked before processing, and processing and construction can be performed after correctness.
c. Welding: A reasonable welding sequence should be selected during construction welding, and preheating and other methods should be used to reduce welding distortion
d. Paint: After the steel structure is finished, all steel structures shall be painted with anti-rust paint; after installation, the parts that are not painted with the primer and the repair welding, scratches, and paint strips shall be painted with the primer twice. Then brush the top coat for one time; paint protection should be carried out regularly during use.
e. Structural design standards: follow the requirements of "Code for Steel Structure Design" and "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering".
f. Hemming: The size of the hemming is determined in accordance with the size of the LED display and the size of the equipment such as audio and vents.
g. Two ventilation and heat dissipation systems:
Air conditioner: The power of the air conditioner is proportional to the area of the LED display. Air conditioners are generally placed in the middle and upper part of the outdoor screen; usually 1P air conditioners are calculated for every 15-20 square meters.
