LED Display Common Signal Interference Factors And Solutions

When the LED display is disturbed by the signal, it will cause obvious influence on the display screen display. For example, when the large screen display is disturbed by static electricity, there will often be multiple line ripples. When there are several equally spaced vertical bars on the screen of the display screen, it is usually a fault phenomenon caused by the mismatching of the characteristic impedance of the network cable.

1. The quality of video network cable is not good;


2. There is a strong interference source near the system;


3. Fault caused by short circuit or disconnect of core wire of video network cable;


4. Fault caused by mismatching of characteristic impedance of network cable;


5, the space radiation interference introduced by the network cable.


6, the power supply system caused by the fault.

1, the quality of the video network cable.

The resistance of this kind of video line is too large, so the signal attenuation is also the cause of the aggravation of the fault.

In this case, it is recommended to buy the brand of five or six types of network cable, more than the quality of the network cable.

The solution in this case is to have an understanding of the environment when the system is set up and try to avoid or stay as far away from the source of radiation as possible.

The network cable and power cable are separately connected with rubber hose.


6. The power supply problem of the power supply system.

There is interference signal on the normal power supply. In this case, as long as the whole system of LED display is powered by purified power or online UPS, it can be basically solved.
